We don’t work for Beachbody, so we have no rights to speak to what they mean when they say things–but we know, like you do, that it’s confusing when a recipe has container counts, but includes ingredients that aren’t on the food list.
We decided to take this partnership to the next level and provide some clarity and simplicity for you, our community. In addition to our two Facebook communities and our blogs, we will be launching a meal planning service soon–creating meal plans for you and your families just like we create them for our own.
